Autologic of Greensboro is looking for a service writer to join the team! We prefer candidates who have automotive knowledge, but this is not a requirement. Responsibilities

• Meet and greet each customer
• Answer all incoming phone calls, emails, and/or texts
• Schedule appointments with our customers
• Advise customers on necessary or suggested services
• Enter itemized estimates on each service order and explain the estimates to the customer
• Order parts and communicate with the service manager and technicians as required
• Determine progress of repair or service orders and inform the customer accordingly
• Address customers’ questions and needs promptly and professionally
• Check out customers and process credit card payments
• Other duties as assigned by the service manager as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Computer skills
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be a team player
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Salary will depend on experience
